WATERPROOF PERFORMANCE
Perfluorochemicals (PFCs) are a class of chemicals that are commonly used to provide effective water resistance to textiles. We use a durable water-repellent (DWR) treatment method to ensure that the product fabric has excellent performance and stays dry even under harsh conditions.
As we deepen our understanding of potential health and environmental impacts, our relationship with chemicals like PFC has changed. We stopped using the previous generation of PFC, C8 or long-chain fluorocarbons, which contained a pollutant called perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA). Now we only use short-chain PFCs in our products and monitor our suppliers and materials to ensure compliance.
DEODORIZING TREATMENT
We use antibacterial treatments in certain materials to inhibit bacterial growth and prevent odors.
The most common treatment we use is long-lasting deodorization (DAO), which involves inserting trace amounts of silver salts into non-toxic polymers that can adhere to the surface of fabrics. This treatment method can effectively prevent odor by using a minimum amount of silver and greatly improve durability. The formula we use is silver salt, not nano silver. A larger particle size means that it is not easily absorbed by the organism.
We have found that silver-based treatments such as long-lasting deodorization are currently the most effective options and meet our safety and environmental performance standards. Studies have shown that the concentration of silver ions released by treated fabrics has little effect on health or the environment.
We have the most advanced large-scale coating machine. This machine applies a layer of glue, coating or ink with a specific function to the rolled substrate, and then winds it up after drying. It uses a dedicated multi-functional coating head, which can realize various forms of surface coating production. The unwinding and unwinding of the coating machine are equipped with a full-speed automatic film receiving mechanism, and the PLC program tension closed-loop automatic control.
